Shipping Policy

1. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and do not offer worldwide shipping.

2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery time = Handling time (1-2 business days) + Transit time (2-7 business days).

Orders placed after 3 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the next business day.


Return & Refund Policy

7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

8. How do I initiate a return?

  • Contact us at info@dynamicinksupply.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Follow the return instructions provided.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the package before shipping it back.

9. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

10. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

11. What items are non-refundable?

12. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please email info@dynamicinksupply.com immediately with photos and details of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

13. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
